This residence is another example of a luxurious and striking home design. This residence is very luxury building with a striking exterior and interior, attractive and also luxurious. This luxurious house is called “Moebius”, a house that is located in Sidney, Australia. This house is designed by the architectural firm Partners Tony Owen. This house has a striking design and designed with an innovative design approach. The building of this house looks unusual, including roof and windows which are particularly round form. The frame has been cut in order to be able to get a round shapes or appearance.

The house design of Moebius is called “micro design” which is more environmentally sensitive house design.To do this, designer have to used software tools, so that the parameter model is able to give respond to a various demands of a dynamic model. Inside of Mobius house has fluidity of space, and this is a direct result of his strong relationship with the surrounding landscape in the nuance of white, elegance and luxury. Luxury home design of Moebius house construction also has a complex process to manufacture and assembly, and it has been well documented and detailed in three dimensions. This Luxury house construction is based on a steel structure, which was covered by several metal panels, pre cut in China, something similar to the vehicle assembly process.
