The guesthouse and office-exercise consciously is built to offers the beautiful valley with its forested edges, while the living room invites the incredible view of the deep lake, broad sky and the weather. This open living room as the main area for this residence. This Combs Point Residence gets some award; 2009 Honor Award for Design AIA Pennsylvania, 2009 Award of Excellence AIA Northeastern Pennsylvania, 2009 Special Award Wood Design Awards.
