Modern House Design by Archimania Architecture Studio

This family house is located in Memphis, Tennessee. It is designed by Archimania Architecture Studio and was designated as the “Sky Cottage”. This modern house design has been developed with two major architectural volumes. A bucket of white brick, which is aligned with the urban landscape, and down the terraced houses surrounding the home, While the other component is formed with a high steel box, a horizontal volume and forms a corner. This volume looks forward, the front of the house responding directly to achieve the excellent river views. One side of this modern house look toward the Mississippi River and take advantage of views to this landscape, the whole front of this modern house is made from glass that offer the beautiful view surrounding this house. This project of this modern house design presents the challenge in designing a house and building the house in a quite narrow area, so that housing has been developed on three floors , and with generous views. On the top floor, the highest level of the house is where the most private, which can maximize the views of the landscape. This modern house with contemporary architecture is design by Archimania which has a clean interior design and decor, with a simple lines of furniture.
