Lenher private residence is an architecture design project from Architect Collective which is located in Kitzladen, Austria. This Lenher private residence is consist of two part, basement and first floor and has a floor area of 275 m2. The main building is situated solitary on site without immediate neighbors with a distance of 25m from the adjacent street and a minimum of 3,00m from the neighboring building boundary. The access to the building is carried out over public property. Since the basement is set back on the north/south side, a porch roof evolves and provides a sheltered entrance and parking situation.
