Minimalist House Design in Sao Paulo – Corten House by Marcio Kogan

Marcio Kogan the founder of Studio MK27 presented his project that following minimalist concept that located in Sao Paulo Brasil. He was marry of various material like woods, stone, white mortar and glass to build this house. You will welcomed by sturdy wooden in chocolate color for garage door and main door. It was keeping the horizontal texture and pattern of woods it self. The main door still keeping the horizontal pattern and entirely opens towards to street. To reach the living room you should pass through the wooden alley. Inside this house you will find extra spacious hall where living room, dining room and lounge were located. White becomes the major color for the interior combined with several woods in chocolate color as a separating wall. Long sofas in Grey color featuring with two black chairs and wooden table stand on beige carpet that covered the floor.there is also long shelves in chocolate color was mounted on the wall. Next it you will see large chocolate color wooden table in oval shape for dining table completed with six gray chairs. This house is so minimalist without any bulk furniture or separating walls and tricky detail for the interior. You can enjoying the scenery from large roof that completely with swimming pool, to reach it you should trough stone stairs with sliding roof in orange color as the entrance. Wall stone that serve as a fence stand in the yard with decorated with beautiful lamp surrounding. With unique and unusual design makes this house looks so cool and amazing and truly fit for inner city home.
